Too In Tea Tin

As the black powder spoke settles on the old tennis court at my grandparents house from the new years fireworks, another decade is complete and a new year commences. Though my brother and a few cousins are absent this year for the first time from our firework festivities, we have a right nice time fellowshiping with old friends that stopped by the house.
Back in Huntsville now, I've been brainstorming my race schedule this year. I'm now entering my second year of ultra running and so far I've completed 6 ultras with a marathon thrown in in the past year. I've kinda gotten a feel by now of what times of year are best for signing up for these races, trying to work around my ROTC schedule and all. This year will be largely organized the same way as oh nine. I'll front load most of my races in the spring and early summer, then my "off season" will be between July and October, and by "off season" I simply mean a time that I most likely will not be signing up for any races, but training will still be in full swing. So, here's my tentative schedule so far: (things in bold are races that I am certain I'm running)

Mountain Mist 50k, 23 January
Cheaha 50k, 27 February
Delano 50mile, 13 March
Oak Mountain 50k, 20 March
Mckay Hallow trail half, 27 March
SweetH20 50k, 3 April
Kentucky Derby Marathon, 24 April
Tuskegee Fat Ass 50k, 1 May
Scenic City Marathon, 22 May
Chattanooga Mountains Stage Race, 19-21 June and
The BHAG, Pinhoti in November

Major running goals of 2010: Set 2 state age records: fastest 50 mile time at Delano in my age group, youngest runner to complete a 100 mile race in Alabama, Lord willing.
The ones that I haven't decided on yet are largely going to be dependent on my school/ROTC schedule and if I end up going to Jump school or Air Assault school this summer, and also on my level of injury, not that I have any now or am expecting any later. This is a lot on my plate compared to last year's schedule, the schedule that I did not have near as organized as I have this year.
Speaking of last year here is my list of races run in oh nine and some stats that I thought were cool, to me anyway:

Mountain Mist, Cheaha, Mckay Hallow, Country Music Marathon, SweetH20, EuroCross, Alabama A&M 10k, Stage Race, Cullman Midnight 5k, Columbus Midnight 5k, Pumpkin Runs (10.5k and 5k), Fall 5k, Dizzy, and Lookout 50mile.

Current PR's:
2 mile: 11:43
5k: 18:21
10k:41:10
26.2: 3:42:56
50k: 4:55:30
50mile: 8:30:29

Total Races run: 26
Total Miles run this year: 1885.93, Approximately the distance by road from Denver to Orlando.
Average daily mileage: 5.17
Greatest number of miles run in a month: 197 (Feb 2009)
Greatest number of mile run in a week: 68
Longest Training run: 26.2 miles during spring break in Florida, I ran from Destin to Seagrove.
Approximate number of calories burned from running over the past year: 216775
Running my first 50k and 50 miler in my first year of ultra running at age 19: priceless.
